Common reasons people reach out.

• Pricing or sizes — most answers are on our pricing page and the FAQs, but reach out if you need something custom.
• Bulk & school orders — marching bands, drum lines, worship teams, and corporate orders are a regular part of what we do. For a marching line, you can build and price your whole order instantly. Otherwise, tell us how many drum heads, what size, and your timeline, and we'll send back volume pricing.
• Artwork help — if you're not sure your file will print well, attach a sample and we'll take a look. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) and high-resolution PNG/JPG work best. See our artwork guide for specs.
• Existing order questions — if you've already ordered, include your order number and we'll pull it up. Most order updates can be answered the same day.
• Wholesale & partnerships — if you're a drum shop, retailer, or recording studio interested in working with us, mention it in your message.

What we don't do over email.

For privacy and security, we won't take credit card information, full addresses, or personally identifiable details by email. The browser-based designer + checkout handles all of that securely. If you've started a design and have a question about it, just describe what you're trying to do — no need to send the file again.

Reply times.

Most messages get a response within one business day. We're a small drummer-owned shop, not a 24/7 call center — but you'll always hear back from a real person who knows the printing process inside out, not a generic support script.
