These Terms of Service govern your use of custombassdrumhead.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Every drum head is printed to your exact specifications — the artwork you upload, the size and brand you select, the mic port hole placement, and the in-browser mockup you approve. What you approve in the designer is what gets printed. Please proofread carefully — we don't check spelling, grammar, or copyright on your behalf.
Once you click "Approve & Add to Cart" and complete checkout, production begins. Because every order is custom-printed for you, we generally cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for completed orders. If something arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.
You confirm that you own the rights to (or have permission to print) any logos, photos, or artwork you upload. We will not print artwork that infringes a copyright or trademark you do not control. We may refuse any order that we believe violates someone else's rights.
Prices, sizes, and drum head brands are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep listed prices accurate, but if there's a pricing error on the site we reserve the right to correct it before charging.
Estimated shipping times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. We ship Monday through Friday. Once an order ships, transit time is up to the carrier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate. Disputes will be resolved in those courts.
